Please Help - Domainsite.com & CNAME

I need to make a simple CNAME change. Domainsite.com's control panel has two empty fields in the CNAME section, one called "Record Host", the other called "Record Answer". Does anyone know how to properly set this up, as my entries do not seem to be working.
