problems with enom club drop

Hi

Again, now I can`t even bid $20, the system says:

We could not process your request.
Bids over $200 are allowed for verified accounts only.
To become a "Verified Bidder", please call us at 425-274-4500 Ext 3. You will be asked to verify your account and payment information.

What $200? I wanted only bid $20
I have had my reseller account for maybe 3 years, have had over 500 domains there, never any problems with payment.
Also used club drop, never made any fake bids and now I lose domain
Ok I know they have series problems with fake bids, but why punish honest people.
Not nice, not nice at all.

I'm having this same problem kinda, can't bid $10 or at least I get an error message :

These errors occurred:
Bids are allowed for verified accounts only.


I submitted a help ticket on Nov. 5, havn't heard a word from them yet, updated it twice requesting urgent reply, still nothin...

It does seem however that it is taking my bid as I was included in a few private auctions for names which I bid on...
