i bought two domains from members here and the domain was transferred to a new username and account at stargate

they both logged in ok but when i logged out and logged back in it states that the username is invalid

i got the username and password resent to me a few times and it still doesnt work - this happened with both domains

Did you use any @#$!% etc characters?
If so, reenter the password without these. They recently stripped them out with no warning.
If you can't access the account still, email support.

PS I hope the passwords were not maliciously changed by the sellers...

this must a password problem with special symbols in it... or caps letters. If you have your e-mail in whois for those domains - you are supposed to be able to retrieve username/password for the whole account.

the whois data was not changed over so its still in the old owners name

the name set up had no special characters whatsoever

dont think the names were mailicuously changed by the sellers - theyre both members here and i dont suspect foul play:)
