I notice that certain accents no longer display correctly.

Example (French): déj* vu

Arabic: عربي it works
Thai: าษาไทย it works
German: Es muß sein it works

I think some subforums lack the UTF-8 definition in the header. This one works now. Sometimes my PM's in Greek drop the capital letters or the letters with the accents.

I have the same problem than you with accented characters in my PMs.
Let's hope i will improve my english so.

The forum is supposed to be be UTF-8 capable:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />
It's strange that certain French accents work while others do not:
ç é è ê *
small a, grave accent doesn't display.
Maybe DNF doesn't like French fries :cheer2:

Yeah :) but then it could be that some mySQL tables are not defined properly. Do the accents show in Preview mode?

Thank you, will investigate.

Let see if spanish accents work:

á é Ã* ó ú

they don't !!!

Just want to say it's very annoying for french users, thanks for looking :)

Looking into this.

I think some sub-forums aren't set properly to decode.

Our tech is looking into it and will provide an update asap.

Thanks
Huseyin,
