I believe he is talking about a folder right on his C:/ drive. I am not sure if you can though. Would require security software I assume.

Well, if you have an NTFS formatted HD you can simply set permissions for a specific user.

Ok, thanks for your first suggestions, I don't know what NTFS means exactly but I'll investigate on this considering I'll need to format my hard drive soon.

Buy partition magic, you won't need to reinstall windows, it can just reformat from fat32 to ntfs in dos without you needing to wipe out your hard drive first. Well worth the price.
