i see at Rewards Store a item called "Dnforum Domain Registration " wich costs 795, this mean if we have 795 coudl we get a domain name for free?

What does all the others mean:

Yes F$795 gets you a domain registration.
These are other services available for F$ - for example it costs F$19900 to get a free website designed by HighImpact Sites (or you can upgrade to Exclusive and get one free!).
