Can anyone suggest a good real estate (investment) forum? I have searched google and dmoz, but haven't been able to locate a quality site.

Hi biggy - realestatetalks.com has a General Forum that allows advertising as far as I can tell. I would sign up and post your name for sale - you have nothing to loose + it's a good name - you might get some bites. Good Luck
