Referral competition

i think that gregr should run a referral competition with the winner being the member who brings in the most new members - as you know vbulletin already has this installed

youll have dozens of members putting dnforum logos in premium positions on their site in a drive to win the competition

i honestly think this could bring in over 50 new members in a week or so - maybe even more

maybe it would be best to specify rules etc too so people dont cheat - ie. for a referral to qualify the new member must have 10 posts or so

Better Idea: Greg, why not sign up with LinkShare or one of the other referral networks. You will get lots of promotion and lots of new members with a good referral program. You might prefer to consider DeepBlue for a referral program, since they are associated with one of your advertisers, Fabulous.com.
