registered name look up tool

Lets say you were on the prowl for trademark infringement and you wanted to see a list of names that are registered that contain a certain catch phrase.

I am sure the registrars can run this query on their database but I wonder is there a tool for joe public to use for this purpose?

thx, I ran it and seems to work fine. Two things. To use it you must first have .net framework installed on your workstation and the scan program virtually locks up your computer while running.
