Any one have any idicators for coming up for an asking sale price.

I realise they are really only worth what someone is prepared to pay

As a ballmark figure to get a guideline, especially if someone makes an offer.

For example i have had a name on sedo for 1 month now.

views=156
clicks=51
click rate=32.69%
revenue=4.71 euro

so to get a sale price, is it feasible to make a price worth 6mnth / 12 mnths etc just based on revenue + add value for that actual domain name ???

any thoughts appreciated

OK some might like to know the name

thanks
mike

theres many factors to take into consideration when selling... your name seems to have a nice click through rate and pretty decent name so combining both should go for low $xxx maybe... flow of traffic, revenue, conversions, quality of name, uniqueness, potential, etc. are some of the more important things to consider and add up when selling something, good luck.
