Why limit yourself to just the "internet"?? There are a lot of offline scams going on as well.
Although "Scams.info" would be optimal to have for mere astetics. I kind of like "Scams.net" though from a branding aspect--- i.e "The Official Scams Net-work"...
As far as the value of the name itself that is anyone's guess.
However developed this name has potential. You might try and set yourself up as "the" place to go to for info on "Scams". Of course the optimal name for this would be: Scams.info ....
Another branding trick with this type of name (especially with .net) might be to do a parody site of "get rich quick" schemes out there on the net.

I think this is a great relevant name, regardless of extension.
I can't think of any affiliate programs this would work with but there are many folks you could email.

Scam.info is pretty cool. I tried for scams.info but failed.
