I have a generic 2 word .ca that is now #1 on msn and #4 on google dose this have any impact on its value and if so how much?

depends if revenue ttraffic etc goes up which it should so it should send youir domain price higher or hope so !

Not really. SE traffic will result in revenue, which has a bearing on overall value anyway.
