Selling A Web Site?

I have a question regarding the selling of am few sites we have developed. I have some premium web sites that I wish to sell as a result of default and termination of contracts with some clients. However, I do not want to list the domain name(s) of the web sites for sale (as per forum rules) simply due to the indexing of the thread in the search engine. I do not want it to look negatively upon my business or the defaulting party's, despite wholly owning these properties. Is there a way that I can do this?

If you dont want to use live links, have a gap like domain . com that should still be permitted I would think.
