what if we all team up! set up a web site, pool the cost of top search engine ranking and a fixed marketing cost. each of us getting our own banner ad. set up a reseller account to register names, with godaddy or whoever, split the revenue evenly (escrow.com) all profit from a name sold would go exclusivly to the register.(owner). ( newbies pay 6.5% and would also be split among original founding members). The power of many could outway the power of 1. possitive feedback only please.

The rolleyes thingy didnt work.

niether will a Co-Op

:)

thats negitive thinking, do you have giant pockets to get listed at the top of search engines? it can work because all we are really co-oping is seach enging placement. any revenue streams created can be split evenly using an escrow service. there is a solution to ever problem!

Just wondering what term(s) you'd optimize for and why you think domain buyers go to search engines rather than just going to the site/whois of the domain that interests them.

keywords-domains buy sell, internet marketing, ecommerce, etc,. many people and companies surf domain sites for brainstorming names. the more a sit gets searched the higher potential a co-op members name will be sold. In addition there are a large number of turnkey resellers programes, from hosting to ecommerce soloutions to registering names. their is a glut of quality website designers willing to work cheap. the biggest cost these days is advertising and search engine placement.
