I know what to do with it and it won't be reselling so i don't care about resale appraisals - feel free to praise the SEO value though.

A potential buyer would not be turned off by the "-" with the right presentation. I would give it a market value of $5000 and a wholesale value of $1000. I would start talking with condom company's before talking with a non-profit.
