It appears that our ruthless friends at Ireit are engaing in "TM" cybersquatting after all.

Case in point:

SoDarktheConofMan.com (official The DaVinci Code movie website owned by Sony Pictures)

SoDarktheConofMen.com (domain owned by Ireit, PPC lander page).

Knowing them well, they are not the type.

The domain probably came with an existing portfolio and was unnoticed, and that's a bold accusation.
