I know this ain't any mobile forum but i am providing this as a website content, some might be really interested.
I am offering a collection of 4000 wallpapers for both mobile phones and PDA devices, the collection contains wallpapers sized 240x320 - 176x220 and 128x128
The wallpapers are categorized and numbered to make it easy to manipulate using any simple script you can write (or i can do for you)
