strange bug banned accounts ?

Ive just noticed somethink theres a member here called -MIR-
which i remember a user called that being banned here before
and im sure on np so i checked hes profile and it says:

Are these people kids? Teenagers with ADD and acne-filled faces? With no friends and a kick-ass computer and no way of earning pocket money except through scamming their own friends first and then others?

I can't believe they might be adult because then, the police should be at their doorstep.
