Do you think if i create a search engine (ask****.com), ASK.com, previously askjeeves.com, will sue me??..

Do you think that is in violation of copyright??..

Cause I'm going to make a Search engine?? :D

Cause I got a great domain name, just need to know if it will be OK!

In general, I would advise picking a different name. If you're building a real search engine, you should have the resources to pick up a gem, one would think.

Thank you all, well I had my mind set on something to do with fire,

So I tried :

Spitfire.com
Firefly.com
Fireball.com

Few problems came up so far :

Spitfire.com (Already developed, wont sell)
Firefly.com (not developed, but owned by microsoft, NO CHANCE, unless you're willing to pay $$$$$)
Fireball.com (Sounds to cheesy :( , IMHO)

Can't think of anything else with fire in it.

I want fire, because the slogan is going to be "Giving you the hottest searches, all year 'round" or "...we only deliver the hottest new searches" etc.. :D

Thank you for all your help! :D

Guess BallsofFire.com would be out of the question then.
