Could be for auctions and sales. I say mine is ending at 8PM Eastern but someone in Moscow might not know exactly what time it is for them (especially wih DST)

Something in the profile or under the avatar?

-5 GMT meaning 5 hours behind GMT, so if I say 8PM EST, then it is 1AM GMT (8PM + 5 hours) for example
