suggestions for domain parking program

Hey I am having my programmer work on a script for me for a parking program I have got some suggestions already from another forum but I am looking for more suggestions.

Here are the suggestions I have got.

If the money is there.. I don't see too much problem

Suggestions:
-> Popups to another of your parked domain
-> List of your domains
-> Sales quote page
-> Maybe an "about us" page
-> Having my company banner showcased on my parked domain page would be great.
-> Exchanging your PPC revenue for PPC advertising.

Popups I am not much for that form of advertising is it something you would want on a parked domain?
List of domains I am going to have this but it will be limited to like 10 or so domains.
about us page hmm I dont think its relevant. (I could be wrong)
exchanging the PPC rev for Advertising I like it!
