I own the .com of someone's surname and the individual interested in purchasing the .com from me, already owns the .net and has a functioning web site and email address.

In his emails to me he has always pressed that he is not buying it on a commercial basis, but on a personal one, as it’s his surname.

How much should I ask for? The domain in question is pully.com. I was thinking £500 pounds sterling minimum, but as seen as he is just an individual… what should I realistically ask?

It should not matter whether he is using it for personal or commercial.

If I had sex.com, I would not use it for commercially, but I would only use it as a personal website and for an email address.

There, now do I get sex.com cheap? :D

So how much do you think I should ask for with out scaring the buyer away?

pully is in the 45,811° position of the most popular American surnames: accept my suggestion, ask for $400 and be ready to negotiate too, if necessary ;-)
