Template site membership...Any recommendations?

I am thinking about joining a template membership site...So far I have only seen the following 2 sites:

www.boxedart.com

www.designload.net

They both seem good, but I couldnt decide which one to join yet. Any recommendations? Any other sites?

They are not a membership site...you have to pay for each template.

Wow, that site really sucks - I wanted to buy a template ... impossible to buy from the UK! One payment site not available and 2nd will not accept the UK telephone number format. What a waste of time!
