Who is the best in terms of getting drop names , snapnames? or others...

Many names don't actually drop anymore but rather they go straight to a specific dropcatcher based on exclusive register agreements. One example is Snap's arrangement with Register.com. So the answer is, well, it depends...

Not quite correct! There were thousands upon thousands of Register.com domains that did in fact expire but never made it into the drop and now they all belong to Register.com! Many show the following registration info:

Which is the Register.com office in Canada!

Yes. Register.com keeps the premium names for themselves, however to answer the thread starters question...

It really depends where the name is dropping from...once you find that out, you need to see if the registrar has an exclusive agreement with a certain "drop catcher" partner...the names with exlusive "drop catcher" partners do not actually drop, but go directly to the exclusive partner where they auction it off.

I remember when it was fair and there were not these (IMO) - insanely unethical agreements, between the registrars and drop catcher partner sites, who sell someone else's Idea/business, but forgot to renew.

The days of getting a good drop without paying close to retail price in an auction are long gone.
