Only have a few days of stats, extrapolated to get the monthly figure. In fact, the estimate was conservative, as the domain will be getting more then 500uv a month. But nonetheless, you are correct - this domain does not have a month's worth of stats.

Just a FYI.....

Since this name was a fresh reg on January 11th of this year it should be noted that a .ca name can't be moved to another owner for 30 days after initial registration.
It doesn't mean you can't sell it...it just means the new owner will have to wait until the 11th of Feb before you can do a change of registrant with them.

Just a heads up that will hopefully avoid what could be an awkward situation....
