I just got this about a domain I recently listed in eBay for $1 NR. Just want to confirm it is bs here.

But, I don't sell my domains. Therefore, I don't use eBay.

She/he must be just sending these to a lot of people hoping she gets
one or two - yes.

I think I looked up her ip# and it also raised my eyebrow. But, I don't
remember where she was located.

its an old appraisal scam i believe.. usually its coming from a male, this is the first time i see one from a female....


the other letters usually go like.. i am not into domains... blah blah.. please keep this convo confidential... if the price is good enough i will reply... thanks...

I think it is that scam that has been going around. You will reply to her and she will ask you to purchase an appraisal. I'd play with her and make her pay for the appraisal and she will more than likely not respond to you.
