There are always a few great domaining stories like this one every year, which is one of the things I like about this industry! A brokering deal arranged over coffee and a few days later a nice six figure commission, where else does that happen?

Was the buyer the company that Castello had the inside contact with? I wasn't clear about that.

Shh Revenue Canada is watching.

It would be naive to the nth degree to not declare $310K of revenue in thinking that 'domain brokerage fees' are not monitored like any other source of legit revenue - especially in the form of a publicised bank cheque :)
