Traffic Stat Check

I think i remember reading somewhere that DN FORUM offers Traffic Stat checks........to check for legitimacy of stat numbers etc etc versus proxies/referrals etc.....before making a significant purchase....

If anyone can point me in the right direction...would be most grateful....
