I always find it funny when I get a transfer request from a registrar on behalf of a previous owner.

If the name was that important to you it shouldnt have dropped.

Is that sick of me or is it a common trait among those who register domains regularly?

(Just got another in my email)

Quite amusing...

Wait until you receive emails "demanding" the return of the domain

LOL, that's nuts! I have received calls and emails but never a direct transfer request!

I have never received transfer requests, but have received the demand that the previous owner is going to take away my birthday. They usually try to bully their way back into the domain name by quoting the $100,000 in damage thing. Funny thing is that they rarely have the TM on it.
