On sunday 1st august I reported AIS guy to his ip for spamming me while dnforum was down :

http://www.dnforum.com/showthread.php?t=60852

I also copied him in on the email.

Yesterday my isp cut me off for spamming - the one reported email was from him.

He had only used my email header to forge a spam and send it to my isp !

Thanks to :

I'm now having to get my account unblocked by my ISP.

I shall be taking action against Mr Ensley.

You may want to change your ISP as well, for not investigating AT ALL before suspending your account. I had it done to me before by Webcom. That was more than 5 years ago. I later switched to a host whose staffers KNOW what spam is.

Fry that sob! I received his email too.

Not very customer-friendly ISP!

Yeah and this was BTopenworld - BT the owner of the whole UK network

So British Telecom still hasn't opened up its monopoly? I thought you could have some small providers renting (and reselling) connections from them.

Anyway, then lodge a nice but formal complaint, in black and white, by postal mail. It very often works the magic. ;)

BT does have resellers (I think), doesn't it?

Anyways, it's too bad a company as big as BT would do that.
It sounds just as stupid as the datacenters that turn off your server because someone spammed with a domain you own in the "from" field.

I'm back online.

However : theasi.net 1-domains.com 1ao.com the domain forums .com won't be for long
