Hello Guys What do you Guys Think I should do with this domain name .Ok the story goes like this I was At namejet one day I seen a city/state.com geo domain with a population of like 17k+ I backorder the domain it went to bauction I had the highest bid Recieved the domain name and Little later I exaactly yesterday according to this post I received a email that said this
Dear Mr. Johnson,

You apparently have a customer of mines domain name at this point. It was a accident that the domain had come up for purchase by your company. Could you please email me or call me in reference to this domain so that we may discuss it's transfer or use, etc.

I would appreciate the chance to discuss this with you soon before any other changes are made to it's ownership.

So I am wondering how to handle this situation should I call him sale hime to hime keep the domain since this a good geo good for developmentor whatever you guys may think. I will appreciate feedback

You got lucky with this email (if it is legit). I would definitely try to unload this name via a quick sale. I don't think "a city/state.com geo domain with a population of like 17k+" is worth very much over reg fee. But hey, best of luck.

if you wanted to do the right thing, you could:

look up the domain and see if any previous website with past contact info


if you verify he is same as website info, and it's a legit excuse, then let your conscience decide.

if he is not legit, then get what you can, if you still want to sell it.
