a firewall might be blocking google where he is at, so he uses that to get around it.

He could of just used a proxy
I know
but im offering up a suggestion that makes sense why he has done this, thank you.

the advertising and sponsored links- from the google pages the target links of course have googles url in there- on his searches, his url is i there and they do go to the pages- is he getting credit for the click thrus instead of google when searched from hid site?
