what the bestt service that's affordable to create a buzz?

Whats the best service to create a buzz? Has anyone tried Prbuzz.com or prweb.com. Prweb seems expensive while prbuzz I havent heard anything about. I won't be offering a product to sell. I am offering a free servcie for people who lost someone can put a quote and say there farewells to people they lost. Can you guys give me some reviews on Prweb or Prbuzz & if there is anything better out there can you guys tell me what it is.
