Went to renew a name today at argotech.us part of name.com using account credit.
Renewal failed to process.
eMailed site and and I was told my account "got caught on the phone verification requirement".
The guy said he approved the account and the renewal should go through.
However, domain is still failing to renew.
That's funny, because I have been using argotech happily for well over a year now with never a problem. Plus, no warning that the account would need to be verified.
I have sent of a load of eMails - no response. Phone support now dead, tried numerous times.
What the heck is going on with this great company?????
