The best place to sell your domain is at your home page. A person who types in your URL has, in relative terms, an overt or convertable latent interest in this address.

Encourage this. Inspire this. Make that dream alive. AND make it SPECIFIC to that one URL.

Do a test, and you will quickly see why most domain sellers do a lousy job in this respect. You see the hook, but you never bite.

Learn how fishermens draw in the best catches. Most times, its patience, not force feeding.

Patience is KEY. You have to let people know your domain name is for sale. One of the best places is on a homepage of some sort. if somebody is coming to that domain name, then they have some sort of interest in it. Do not rely on people looking you up in WHOIS. Afternic and eBay is a joke for real money.

Oberve how successful people do it. DO as much research as you can. Start here and read the archives. There are a lot of valuable tips to be had.

Good luck!
