Where to find .CN Zone Files?

Hi, i'm looking for .CN Zone Files, does anyone know where i can either buy or get them for free? Or do i need to create a software to get this list and if so, how it can be done.

They operate the .CN zone also, but I can't find a zone signup link (yet).
