Who can I host my .com with (possible deal)

I own a top forum names, that actually gets some traffic and I need to host it with someone. All I am going to put on the site is a forum, so I need alittle space and a database (mysql) and PHP support.

If anyone has a server I can host with, I propose this:

If I sell the site, I will offer the buyer to stay with you for a good monthly fee that you decide.

If you have some space over you won't lose!
