why the same design on all ppc's?

why does every pay per click search engine change its design on the main page - like overtoure.com has?

No more categories on the main page, I have seen this on many search engines in the last months.

overture.com, mygeek.com, searchengine.us and a few other , all have suddenly the same design..

Pretty stupid ... aren't they...

Who uses PPC search engines .. anyway ..

Only someone who typed a name and landed on one and couldn't escape.

Thats the state of net ... Sux ..

In fact most smaller ppc engines look like they use the same software.
