wire transfers services to pool ?

does anyone know any wire transfers services which will let me use my credit
card to send wire transfer to pool.com and has cheap fees

the info i need to send to has to have these options:

Beneficiary:
Beneficiary Bank:
Beneficiary Bank Account Name:
Beneficiary Bank Address:
Beneficiary Account Number:
Beneficiary Routing no.:
Swift:

also needs to be in USD not GBP, i live in the united kingdom but need
to send to US.

No but if you back up your paypal account with your bank account, you will also have access to "paypal" funds.

Also, you can get a debit card (not a credit card) from paypal and use the debit card to pay using your paypal money.

As far as I know, you can only send a bank wire transfer through a bank with cash. There might be some banks which would let you use credit card but I have never come across one.
