I'm looking to buy a few domain names with proven traffic and revenue. Prefer .com but will consider .net and .org domains which meet the following criteria:
- Prefer adsense revenue
- Sale includes content as well as domain name
- Not interested in typos, numeric, adult or TM names.
- No expired domains
- Able to provide screen shots with 3 months of stats containing UV, traffic sources and revenue
- Revenue of between $5 - $25 per month for a sustained period of time.
- Price with be dependent on name, income, content quality and other factors (default would be some multiple of monthly income such as 12x...this will vary depending on the site)
Payment will be via Paypal
