If you own/operate a forum you should take a look at itch.com
This site seem to be indexing other people's forum content and using it as his/her own. Tossed in with a few Google Adsense ads on the pages.

You can ask the site not to use your content on the webmaster's page or add

/disallow to your robots file.

i don't understand ... aren't they just a search engine ... you click on the link and end up the forum anyhow, so i'ts just additional backlinks for the forum owner?

They arent just backlinking though, they are copying content, which hurts a site in the search engines because the content is no longer original, at least in the SE's eyes, so it will penalize the site. Atleast thats how i think it worksg
