True, and parts of the privacy policy have bad grammer. If it is owned my microsoft I am sure it was just a temp to protect the actual launch of the system and they should be changing things over anytime now.

Gaming360 was a real company that had a site about Xbox 360 at xbox360.com. I think Microsoft either bought the domain name, or the company to get the name. They didn't change the info because they were keeping the console name a secret. The nameservers weren't changed to Microsoft's nameservers until after they'd announced the console. I'm guessing they just haven't gotten around to updating the contact info.

Most likely they bought the company that owned the domain name xbox360.com or just bought the domain name itself.

The website is on MS' nameservers.
