XForum.NET as alternative.

Hello to everyone.

I made a request to www.needguide.com to integrate XForum.NET to their Portal so we can have one stop website that offers Technical documentation in Networks and Security, and Message Board for Domains and Web Hosting topics.

Now XForum.NET was added and updated to include discussion of Domains and WebHosting, this is added to their security, techforum and others.

XForum.Net also needed additional moderators to help all members as effectively as we can. We can make this successful, if we join them.

By the way, www.NeedGuide.Com is out there for 3 years already offering technical assistance for FREE through posting documentation, articles and now XFORUM for everyone of us here.

I heard that needNS.Com project will be live by next week. They will provide FREE name server service for all members of the board/portal.

So check this out www.XForum.NET

Your post is lame. Your forum is lame.

Our users have posted a total of 35 articles
We have 6 registered users

Why would any one move to another modless forum? To talk to you and "Administrator" (the only active talkers) about rehashed topics from DNF?


Plus your post is against this forum's self-promotion rules.

I think you may misinterpret the spirit of the community "Watcher". I think the best thing you could do is announce XForum's availabiility in the "advertising" section, and not mention the current state of things here. If you read closely, while many people disagree with assorted things about what happened, the majority of the people still here aren't looking to "jump ship" for any particular reason... leastwise to a random forum someone starts promoting with no other recs to make it feel authentic.

It's tough to resist the urge to "vulture" (especially when you're looking for a parkplace in a crowded mall), but this isn't the time. Many people here could start forums in the blink of an eye, but IMHO that's not the point.

I personally have a list of forums I'd peek back into if I wanted to.

Good luck on building anyways.

Pick your promotions though.

Don't get me wrong. I actually offered assistance to Dan to ease this issue. This will not harm the future of DNF.
