To bad that the different gov'ts around the world don't take hi-jackers and hackers
as a serious problem.

In the U.S. 50 yrs ago, if you interferred with a mafia operation. They would
give you a "first warning" by breaking all of your fingers or your kneecaps.

I think it depends on what community is beign hacked. If the owner is using opensource applications, then no one will really bother about it as it had been mentioned in GPL lisence agreement that the developer will not be limited to any security flaws and so on.

That's because bullets are way much cheaper these days, and a dead guy doesn't need any second warning. LOL!
