I agree spidering of domain forums is a big problem which is why I generally don't try to sell valuable names on the forums. If the forums took action to prevent this from happening I think you would see better quality domains posted for sale. I don't just mean me but lots of members - current and new. That forum admins would perpetuate the problem for the members which causes the problem to compound is bad form. And never mind the rule prohibiting this that was quoted, there are lots of rules on this forum that are never enforced - or only selectively to meet some agenda. I think domain forums should prohibit anyone from reading anything unless they are a member and then only limited amounts until they prove themselves to be professional by establishing themselves with completed business transactions and quality posts. Everybody seems to want a professional business environment, yet you let anybody walk in the front door, including scammers, practically able to anything.

Totally agree with NameGuy on this. Definately would be good if
only verified members were allowed to use the forum, including reading it.
Yes may be loss of members to begin with, but better to have
quality than quantity.

That rocks Adam...thanks for listening. I hated seeing my sales threads attached to some totally unrelated adult domains.

And the spidering lives on. :spider:

As does the # of posts from years on end.

Question; If a member requested deletions of ALL sales threads they posted, would the Forum approve them?

Yes or No?
