I used to be a subscriber for PC Tools a few years ago. It appears PC Tools is Trademarked.

That said, I believe the enormous search volume is people looking for this software rather than "tools for the PC"

I used to use PC tools too, but that was 25 years ago
There may be TMs indeed, and .info isn't first choice. Sounds like a good domain for a repository of PC utilities though.
Nice to develop but resale value is probably low, especially if there is a TM risk. I would say mid-$$ reseller but I personally wouldn't bother unless the TM issues are totally cleared up.
