Tony, did you make a buy yet? curious to hear what the verdict was.
I tried ordering an Inspiron laptop about last week. i ordered online, then called in the next day to have them upgrade the screen resolution. just found out today instead of upgrading the order they mistakenly cancelled it. none too happy, so i have to agree w/ Doc off the bat that Dells customer service is crapola.
this was an interesting read. i'm in the same boat as you Tony. decisions decisions .. :sigh:
what is everyones view on 'recertified' laptops? can of worms or good deal?
