That's not anything to refer to, as Google merely takes the accent off of the i and searches for pure ISP.

I would bet is Icelandic. Why:
OVT the "í" than google some results:
atvinna and í and boði
háskólinn í reykjavík
Get .is results in Icelandic

I think it's just a misc character then SP next to it, to make it look similar to 'isp.com'. For example, hösting.com.
