Yes I see your point about the type ins but technically it is outside a valuation scope unless we have some more info

I bought 600 domains before, some from register.com 2-3 years ago, None of them has a typein value, I still have hahasex.com etc. left, I tried to build a hahanetworks like 411web but it was just another Internet dream.
I didn't know how to use that goto search tool till today, it's all your help!
By the way I bought 1800needsex.com, 1-800-needsex.com, 1-800-need-sex.com hoping to increase the value, hope it was not bad idea.
How do you think?

I just have to tell you this because I worry the 36k you claim you have spent may keep growing.
The domain you present here has no links to it even in Overture itself.
The only way to determine typeins is to setup a counter with the typein meter turned on. This way you get an accurate reading.

Goto was super smart!
I think besides its PPC concept, the search term tool help a great deal.
How many domain players typein a domain.com with keywords try to find its search result, the number of search showed will be higher than the real surfers search number, this apply to the number of typein domains.com should be much higher. Think about how many domain buyers typein xxxx.com into goto, try to find out its typein value? This number add up.
If this theory stands, all the golden domains real value is much lower than you think!
Time will tell, but its interesting to think it for FUN!
