Wanted: Website $10K Budget For September 2009

I wish to buy revenue generating domains that require little work to maintain them. So, adsense, parked domains, typos, etc. are all acceptable. I'm not into fad websites where the traffic will dry up quickly. I need a minimum of 3 months stable or rising income and traffic.

PM me with domain/website and last 3-12 months traffic and revenue. Also monthly profit, if you have spend money on advertising.

I have the money ready and will purchase realistically priced domains/websites.
